    PULS is the metrics view in SmartChilli. It shows managers the daily staffing status and the key workforce planning metrics per billing period. Staff see their personal pulse.
    No. PULS calculates from data created during planning anyway: job requests, confirmations, shifts and time tracking.
    As an estimate of 6 minutes per secured shift. It is not a measured value but a transparent rule of thumb.
    Among others fill rate, scheduled hours, secured shifts, confirmations, outlook for the next 7 and 30 days, coordinated staff and cost per coordinated working hour.
